Free shipping, every order
No minimum, no threshold games. Contiguous 48 states.
100 nights to try it
Sleep on it at home. Keep it 21 nights, then decide.
10-year mattress warranty
3 years on bases and frames, 1 year on toppers and bedding.
Rules written down
Trial window, restocking and return steps say the same thing on every page.
Four mattresses, four sizes, one set of rules
Every mattress below ships compressed in a box, arrives free of delivery charge, and is covered by the 100-night sleep trial. Full layer specifications and firmness are listed on each product page.
Mattresses
Covered by the 100-night sleep trial and the 10-year limited warranty.
Four steps, no fine print you have to hunt for
The trial applies to mattresses only. Bases, frames, toppers and bedding follow the standard 30-day return rules instead.
Order and unbox
Your mattress arrives compressed. Unroll it on your base and give it up to 48 hours to reach full height.
Sleep on it 21 nights
Bodies adapt to a new surface. We ask you to keep the mattress at least 21 nights before starting a trial return.

Firmness, in the way people actually describe it
Firmness is subjective and shifts with body weight and sleeping position. Use this as a starting point, then check the firmness rating published on the product page — and remember the trial exists because guessing from a web page is hard.
Soft to medium-soft
More sink at the shoulder and hip. Usually the right call if you wake with pressure-point soreness on your side, or if you are a lighter sleeper who never feels properly cradled on a firm bed.
Medium
The middle ground, and where most hybrids land. Enough give to cushion a side position, enough coil response underneath to roll onto your back without feeling stuck in the surface.
Medium-firm to firm
A flatter surface with less contour, which keeps the hips from dropping out of line. Memory foam builds in this range also stop motion travelling across the bed to the other sleeper.
What's inside, and who checked it
Foam certifications matter more than marketing words. Here's what we publish and what we ask you to verify on the product page before ordering.
-
Certified foamsComfort and support foams are [CertiPUR-US® certified — certificate number and issue date to be listed on each mattress product page].
-
Full layer breakdownEach mattress page lists layer thickness, foam density and coil count so you can compare like for like.
-
Flame-barrier disclosureAll mattresses sold in the US must meet federal flammability standards; the barrier material used is named on the product page.
-
Off-gassing, honestlyCompressed foam has a temporary odor when unboxed. It usually fades within [24–72 hours] in a ventilated room. That's normal, not a defect.
Bed-in-a-box, without the surprises
Two different delivery methods, two different timelines. Both are free, and both are described the same way in our Shipping Policy.
Mattresses ship in a box
Compressed, rolled and boxed, delivered by standard ground carrier to your door. Dispatch takes 1–3 business days; delivery usually 3–7 business days after that. One person can move the box; two is easier.
Bases and frames ship freight
Adjustable bases and platform frames travel by freight carrier. The carrier calls to schedule a window, typically 5–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery is curbside unless the carrier states otherwise.
Setup and first night
Unbox on the frame, cut the plastic carefully, and let the mattress expand. Most reach full height within 24 hours, some take up to 48. We don't offer old-mattress removal or in-home setup.
Before you order
Does the 100-night trial cover everything I buy?
No. The trial covers mattresses only. Adjustable bases, bed frames and foundations can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original packaging, with a 10% restocking fee to cover freight handling. Toppers, sheets, pillows and protectors can be returned within 30 days only while still sealed — once opened, they're non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Why do I have to keep it 21 nights?
A new sleep surface feels different for the first couple of weeks, and most people who plan to return in week one end up keeping the mattress. Trial returns start from night 21 and run through night 100. If something is genuinely wrong with the product — a defect, damage, or the wrong item — contact us right away instead; that's handled as a fault, not a trial return.
Who pays for the return?
On a mattress trial return, we do. We arrange pickup or removal at no cost to you and refund the full mattress price with no restocking fee. On bases and frames, you keep the original packaging and pay the 10% restocking fee. On sealed bedding returns, you cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How long does a refund take?
Once the mattress is picked up or the returned item is received and inspected, we email you a confirmation and issue the refund to your original payment method. Banks typically post it within 5–10 business days. If it hasn't landed after 10 business days, check with your bank first, then email us and we'll trace it.
Where do you ship?
The contiguous 48 states. We currently don't ship mattresses, bases or frames to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. If you're unsure whether we can reach you, email before ordering and we'll check the address.
Can I put a mattress on my existing frame?
Usually, if the surface is solid or has slats no more than [3"] apart. Wider gaps can void the warranty and let foam sag between slats. Memory foam and hybrid mattresses do not need a box spring. If you're using an adjustable base, check that the mattress is listed as adjustable-compatible on its product page.
