These Terms of Service govern your use of sleepmattresses.shop and any purchase you make from Sleep Mattresses. Browsing the Site or submitting an order means you accept them. If any part is unacceptable to you, please do not use the Site.
Who can buy. You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter into a contract. Orders are for personal or household use; resale, rental fleet and bulk institutional orders need written agreement from us first.
Listings and prices. We describe products as accurately as we can, but we do not promise that every description, dimension, photograph, layer specification or price is free of error. Colours vary between screens, and stated mattress heights are nominal and may differ slightly after the product fully expands. All prices are in US dollars and can change at any time before an order is placed. If an item is published with a wrong price or specification, we may cancel the affected order even after you receive a confirmation email, and we will refund you in full.
How an order is formed. Submitting an order is an offer to buy. Our automatic confirmation email acknowledges receipt, not acceptance. The contract begins when we dispatch the goods. Until then we may decline the order, limit quantities, or ask you to verify your billing details — most often when a delivery address cannot accept freight.
Payment. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our approved payment provider. By completing checkout you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method presented.
Delivery, trial and returns. Shipping timescales, the 100-night sleep trial, the 21-night minimum trial period, restocking charges on bases and frames, and warranty terms are set out in our Shipping Policy and our Refund & Returns Policy. Those two pages are part of these Terms. Where a summary elsewhere on the Site is shorter than the policy pages, the policy pages govern.
Warranties. Mattresses carry a ten-year limited warranty; adjustable bases, bed frames and foundations carry three years; toppers, pillows, protectors and bedding carry one year. Each covers defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary household use and is described in full in the Refund & Returns Policy. Beyond those express warranties, and to the fullest extent the law allows, the Site and the goods are supplied as they are.
Using the Site. You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, disrupt its operation, attempt to reach areas you are not authorised to access, scrape content systematically, or supply false information at checkout. Text, photography, layout and code on the Site belong to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sleep Mattresses is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Where we are found liable, our total liability will not exceed the price you paid for the item the claim concerns. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without reference to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Middlesex County, Massachusetts.
Changes. We may revise these Terms. Continuing to use the Site after a revised version is posted means you accept it.
